Upstream of Joyent OS-6525 SADB_ACQUIRE proposals don't include mechanism salt length
Running in SmartOS for the past couple of weeks. In SmartOS, was tested running w/ both the closed source in.iked as well as with the (in-progress) in.ikev2d code to ensure it is passing the salt length as appropriate.
