This bug was found using the Codenomicon Test Tool, while running test cases
from the NFSv4 Test Suite.  The NFSv4 Test Suite was ran again in our lab with
this fix included to confirm the bug is fixed properly.

The fix is included in our product for about a year and no regressions were
reported.
