This builds clean and have been running this ontop of omnios bloody 151013 bits
richard@omnis:/home/richard/src/illumos-gate$ svcs |grep pools online avr._14 svc:/system/pools:default online avr._14 svc:/system/pools/dynamic:defaultand the dynamic pool scheduler runs as expected, testing with a mix of FSS
and FX in different processor sets with dynamic characteristics.
