7482 NFSv4 rename of open file fails when nbmand=on
We should only deny unlink and/or rename when some other handle has the "deny remove" flag.
Reviewed internally at Nexenta by Evan Layton, Matt Barden
Verified NFSv4 client can rename when no other clients are involved.
Verified NFSv4 (or other) clients can NOT rename when an SMB client has an open with "deny remove".
