As part of IPD5, remove support for the NetraCT platform, which was a compactPCI telco system. Specifically: SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi-NetraCT = montecarlo SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIe-NetraCT-40 = makaha SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIe-NetraCT-60 = sputnik SUNW,Netra-CP2300 = snowbird which are packaged together in the pkg:/system/kernel/platform/netra package.
Build and packaging are clean.
