Added the e_machine type for ARM 64-bit. This is specified in http://infocenter.arm.com/help/topic/com.arm.doc.ihi0056c/IHI0056C_beta_aaelf64.pdf.
Built illumos with the OmniOS tools. Booted and tested with no problems.

usr/src/grub/grub-0.97/netboot/elf.h (Diff revision 1) Is this supposed to be AARM64? Or should it be AARCH64?
