SPARC build fails with:
sh[1]: cd: libmlsvc: [No such file or directory]
Error code 1
dmake: Warning: Command failed for target `libmlsvc'
Current working directory /export/home/ptribble/Illumos/topo-gate/usr/src/cmd/mdb/sparc/v9
(and for v7).
With the fix, this build error is no longer present.
