This removes support for starfire (E10K).
This includes anything called starfire, plus bits of cvc (the virtual console).
For starfire, variants of other kernel modules are built with STARFIRE defined. I've chased those through, and gone through anything else that has starfire-specific code in it.
Initial sparc build was almost clean; running another build to check the stragglers.
